
Course Overview
This course will demonstrate, how to prepare for challenging or crucial discussions, how to effectively manage the discussion at the workplace, and ensuring that you communicate to team members as constructive as possible.
We will be focusing on the most common questions that are often avoided or completely mismanaged. Provide practical guidance to assist you in having those tough conversations at the workplace.
Dealing with different types of personality is also a skill that needs to be mastered, and we’re going to address some of the personalities and how to manage those type of team members.
