In everyday situations, unanticipated occurrences or problems may emerge. Almost all of the time, situations do not go as planned. When a problem starts to emerge, people frequently prefer a quick but temporary way to address it. However, as the situation advances, fast remedies become obsolete due to the intricacy of the situation. If the underlying cause is not adequately recognized and addressed, it will reoccur. In alternative terms, if a sustainable solution to the problem is not implemented, it will reoccur until one is.

Course Objectives

This training program is an excellent tool for aiding in the process of stages to address problems by identifying their root causes, working through various types of obstacles, and selecting effective problem-solving techniques and solutions to achieve a sustainable solution.
